My chosen drink was ok, but over-iced, so the sweetness was at the very bottom, instead of throughout my drink, which tasted very watery. Dishes like delicata squash with black walnut dukkah and faux ricotta are so tenderly handled that Graye and his team successfully show off the true flavors of their produce, which isnt always easy.
